"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Before and after


Can you guess which is the before picture? Yes it is the bottom one. As you can see we just about have a legit box. Our pullup bars will be up in the next 24-48 hrs. and then we will be ready to go. Thanks!

I'd just like to extend my sincerest thanks to those who came and helped this weekend, I think good times were had by all. Great meeting everyone, and what better way to celebrate newly opened space than with inverted burpees. Outstanding efforts. Pictures will be up soon.

Monday Musings and Reflections

If you haven't seen it yet, check out the trailer for "Every Second Counts", the first time I saw it, it sent a chill down spine. When I was young, I used to watch the Rocky movies and do pushups, then I got a little older and dumber and watched Arnold squat in "Pumping Iron". When "E.S.C." comes out, I will probably watch it until I die. Another good article from CrossFitWorks. Are you a real CrossFitter? If not, are you ready to become one?
