Rest Day

  1. I did the past few days of workouts for the first time. Crossfit is awesome. The one problem I see is that after each day's exercise I get the runs. Could some of these exercises loosen up my intestinal tract or something? Has anyone else had the runs? Greg Glassman is awesome too. Anyone have his email address? I want to send him an email and tell him how super neat he is.
