    75# clean...tried 95 and couldn't make it happen. Did them in front of a mirror and I'm having a very hard time dropping under the bar - among a myriad of other things I'm sure.

    Dips were done on vertical dip bars. Used a black band and went as deep as possible. The last two reps I used a blue band - when I tried with the black I had nothing left and flopped (maybe should have waited longer then tried again?). Both things need practice. On a positive note my arms are no longer resembling bone in hams - I'm seeing some definition - nice.
