Hang-Squat-Snatch 75/45
(Every rep starts from below the knee, can be executed as a Hang-power-snatch, immediately followed by an overhead squat.)

  1. 10:05 I can't come close to an overhead squat so I did the snatch followed by a back squat. 45#

    Instead of wall ball, thrusters with 2 20# dumbells.

    Also, I did the 135# push press I couldn't get Wednesday.
