30 Muscle-ups for time. If you can't do muscle-ups, do 120 Pullups/120 Dips.

  3. My forearms are hard as rocks....and I can't lift my ars over my head. But I did it with the following caveats: I had to use the assisted pull up/dip machine here at Oasis - it was still ridiculously hard - and I would sometimes alternate 10 dips with 10 pull ups as my grip was suffering so much. I'm sure I'm a big fat cheater but I did all the reps so that has to count for something. My time was 26:36. This was not the best workout to do the day before I have to drive about 1,000 miles but I am an eager beaver. John, I think you are mean. I will be back next Thursday after I dump my husband at Ft. Lee.....

  7. Kelly, way to rock it, partitioning the reps is definitely not cheating. Using the gravitron is great too, that's scaling. Very nice job.
