ReplyDeleteOh and I won't be cooking anytime soon since I CANNOT HOLD ONTO ANYTHING OR CLOSE MY HANDS since the snatch grip DL....f*** the earthquake, my hands have woken me up two nights in a row. Now that's a good grip workout!
