  1. Jackie - subbed 20lb dumbbells for 45lb bar on thrusters, which seemed harder because shoulders fatigued quicker. 10:33

  2. Nice job Dan, it was probably harder because with the dumbbells your arms aren't in a fixed plane. With a barbell, you only have to worry about front and back, but with the DB's you have to be stabilized in all directions.
