    3 - 70lb max db at gym was 75lb
    5 - 75lb
    7 - 75lb
    5 rounds 10 box jump, 10 deck squats, 5 power snatch, 95lb
    First 2 exercises as rx'd then I didn't hear back from you guys so I did one arm db snatch, 50lb, 3 reps each arm per round.
