  1. Hey! It's Justin, the guy from Jacksonville Beach that e-mailed earlier. The last few days have been 'move in myself and every other human being' for time, so I haven't had an open time during one of your classes. Did today's WOD from your site, though: 15:52 mod (had to sub row 500m for run 400m b/c the rabbit wheels at our gym were all taken--def. not a great time, though). Can't wait to join you guys once my regular schedule starts up.

  2. John/Nate todays wod crushed me. I guess that's the difference between doing crossfit on my own and then now doing it with proper technique and instruction. Looking forward to the results. Dan
