  3. I thought the elliptical was going to be the coat rack? Damn.. guess I gotta get out there and see the place. I'm also hopin I see a picture of Tony on the site, preferably doing something dumb... seeing as how he will be out there in 3 weeks. Hope all is well at Crossfit Dupage.

  4. Hey! Awesome Calf Machine! Could you start posting some WODs with that machine. I heard the top guys are doing super sets for calfs and really getting some good results.

    Kuwait Rocks compared to Jordan. Plus, upgrades are 400 less and your on a US carrier verses little kid hell

  6. Yes, I'm good at preacher curls since I pray a lot. So quit using my machine improperly and stop leaning on it!
