400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

  1. That was a tough workout--but this is what Navy SEAL Mark Divine (SEALfit subscription from the camp and whatnot) told me to to today...
    1)Warm Up: Row 2000 meters
    2)Strength: Find 3RM Deadlift and then 5 rounds
    -3x3RM DL
    -20 box jumps (24' box)
    3)Work Capacity: 4 rounds for time
    -run 400 meters carrying 20#
    -20 pullups
    -20 burpees
    -10 handstand pushups
    4)Durability and Core: 20 minutes dynamic stretching, including 100 pushups and situps in sets of 20

    Think we need to up the ante a bit?
