I didn't do this one cuz I don't know how and doing max lifts alone = Kelly in hospital.
I did however do Friday's awful, awful wall ball/sit up workout as I missed it. My ass touched that medicine ball every rep...that's 100 times... 10min 49sec. Again better than nothing!
