Did my first Intro workout yesterday and thought I'd try today on my own - my goal was to finish under 40 min.

KB clean/jerk - changed to snatch (don't know how to properly do a jerk) with 20#.
Deck Squats: 15# KB
Mile run (my worst 'event') 11:51
DB clean/jerk again did snatch using 15# kb ea arm.
Pull - up: Used assisted and the 'kip' method - not perfect but my ass was workin.
Finished in 31:24...not bad for an old lady's 2nd time!
Hey "old lady"! I believe you were at the hole with your hubby/boyfriend? when I was there yesterday around 4pm. Awesome job on doing the WOD on your own. Only your 2nd time doing Crossfit!! That's kickass!! Keep it up! I'm about to do the WOD myself (as best I can with what I have). Hope to see you in there again :-)
