Monday



This week will be an open trial week. If you've been on the fence, or curious about CrossFit, this is a great opportunity to see what we're all about. Feel free to come to any of our scheduled classes.

  1. Hey guys...rarin' to go for tomorrow(on my own as I am booked solid from 7 am on...) and then tonight, I turn my head and my neck is freakin' f'd up AGAIN!!! Overhead squat isn't gonna happen tomorrow. Skip it or substitute something else? All the O lifts (is OH an O lift?) seem to be really trap/neck involved, including deadlift. And a clapping push up may not be the best....box jumps and regular push ups, triple reps????? Throw me a bone...I am dying to get back.

  2. Just did the box jumps and pushups...tripled the reps, 7 rounds. 14:51. First CF WOD in almost two weeks....so out of shape, but glad to be back. And good, solid Paleo eating today..

  4. If I get out of work early enough I'll be there tomorrow at 6...if not, then on Thursday. Trying to get a few clients/co-workers to come in too.
