  1. 38:21; 37.5# DB for KB swings (we don't have a 35# DB???)
    A lil' heartbreak here. Finally doing d.u.'s - they showed up on Monday and since they were one of my goals I am a proud mama. I wanted so badly to be able to put Rx next to my name today, but I had so many misses. I counted them as this would have taken me twice as long and I have to get back to work. But I got a lot of them too, about half...able to do a few in a row as well. Small steps. Good Training Vibes to all my friends today!
