Mutated "Cindy"

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

200m Run
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Dumbbell squats

Post weights used/number of rounds completed to comments.

    I KNEW today would involve running....unfortunately Ihad to do it on the treadmill at work but something is better than nothing - tried your balls of feet technique John and it was much better; have to try it outside. Thanks for the workout!
