1 Rep Max Back Squat

1 RM Press

1 RM Deadlift

You will be allowed 3 attempts at each lift, the highest of the 3 will be your 1RM, added together for a total score. Post totals to comments.

  1. I didn't do this one cuz I don't know how and doing max lifts alone = Kelly in hospital.

    I did however do Friday's awful, awful wall ball/sit up workout as I missed it. My ass touched that medicine ball every rep...that's 100 times... 10min 49sec. Again better than nothing!
