    65# ohs. I think I should've gone a little heavier, I just wasn't confident with the OHS.

    I also worked my jerk at light weights, since that was getting me the other day--I think I found that I was really missing active shoulders at full extension, really getting those shoulders up in the ears, and that was making me so unstable at the top.
