  1. 9:45 with following modifications: I have NO double under...it is sad...need help! Just roped but upped reps by 10; push ups - 30 toes, rest knees...better than when I started.
    Can barely type....

    Is there still a Thurs 4 pm class? I was there today but nobody else was so I just went home and did it. Miss you guys! See you tomorrow at 4!
