Setup in a deadlift, while still holding on to the bar, kick your legs back burpee style, lowering your chest to the bar, pushup directly into a perfectly executed deadlift.
NO SLOPPY DEADLIFTS, make sure form is tight before you pull. Happy lifting.
Well Nate I just finished and just did deadlifts and burpees the regular way! Looked up some vid for directions but couldn't find anything that looked like what you explained, so I'll do it over...NOT!!! Still proud though as my burpees SUCK! 23:13 weight as Rx'd. For Press: 65/75/75...couldn't move 80 at all. I did however keep hearing your words "just because you want to stop, you don't have to" .. at one point I actually yelled out loud "I hate you Nate!" Be proud. kel
Is is a deadlift, then a burpee = 1 rep?
